On Monday November 11, 2019 at around 11:00 a.m. Gravenhurst fire crews from all three stations responded to a reported structure fire on Goldfinch Court off of Kilworthy Road. About 24 firefighters attended this scene and damage is estimated at $100,000. There was no one home at the time and five people have been displaced. The fire started in the master bedroom.
There are no reported injuries and smoke alarms were present in the home.
