The 6th Annual TriMuskokan Is Set For Sunday, June 23rd

The 6th annual TriMuskokan is set for Sunday, June 23rd with athletes arriving at the Canada Summit Center at 6:0 0am to set up, and then head off on their journey to complete the event at 8:00am.

The swim course starts at Camp Kitchen behind the Canada Summit Center, and the swim heads out into Fairy Lake and then comes down the Muskoka River with athletes getting out of the water at the Town Docks at the Active Living Center.

After the athletes complete the swim, they will head to the transition zone out in front of Huntsville High School and jump on their bikes to go tackle the challenging bike course on Brunel road.

The run course for the TriMuskokan is contained within the Canada Summit Center area

We truly appreciate the kindness and courtesy that the community provides the participants who travel from far and wide to come to our event.

For those of you who do not know, the TriMuskokan is 100% volunteer run and is not-for-profit, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Movement for Strength, Conditionin, and Active Lifestyles for Everyone (MSCLE) Project, which is working towards the installation of publicly accessible outdoor fitness equipment for everyone to use regardless of age, physical ability, fitness level or socioeconomic status.  You can read more about the TriMuskokan at www.trimuskoka.com/trimuskokan, and more about the MSCLE Project at www.trimuskoka.com/mscle-project
