Officers from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to a scene at the intersection of Fraser Lane and Highway 12 Tay Township along with Tay Township Fire Service and County of Simcoe Paramedics who triaged one driver and transported to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries.

Investigation to date has resulted in the charge of Careless Driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act being issued to a 39 year old Tiny Township resident.

The investigation is continuing into the cause of the crash and will be reported when available.
