What The Future Of Huntsville Town Hall Looks Like – Take The Survey

Huntsville’s Town Hall was officially open to the public in 1926 as a beacon for residents and visitors conducting municipal business. As the years have progressed and the surrounding area has increased through population growth there has been continual advancement in building science and requirements. Council has directed staff to review the existing infrastructure and how it relates to accessibility, structural adequacy, capital investments and other uses of the building. A survey has been created for residents and visitors to obtain an understanding of the uses now and for the future of the building.

Take the survey at myhuntsville.ca and tell them what the future of town hall looks like!

  1. If it’s just more space that is needed why not fix up the basement on the existing building and buy the vacant lot across the street and build a new office building there. We will lose some parking but maybe can do something somewhere else with that.
