OPP are searching for the people responsible for recent election sign thefts and fires in Rosseau and Parry Sound.
On October 13th, West Parry Sound OPP was toldthat between October 10th and 13th election signs had been removed in the Village of Rosseau.
Police investigated, but didn’t find the person(s) responsible.
Then on October 14th, police observed a fire in a garbage can at the Cherry Street Park in Parry Sound. While extinguishing it, police were told of a garbage bin that was on fire at the corner of River and Dufferin Streets.
Police are looking for information from the public in regards to the person(s) responsible for the damage and thefts.
