The Orillia OPP are seeking help from the public to identify a male suspect responsible for multiple lottery ticket thefts from businesses throughout Orillia on March 13.

The male suspect (see photos below) went to at least 6 Orillia businesses between 6 and 11 p.m. and took almost $1,000 worth of lottery tickets and cigarettes. Each time, the male approached the cashier casually asking for lottery scratch tickets. When the employee produced the tickets, the suspect would select a few before running from the scene without paying.

If anyone has knowledge of these incidents or knows who may be responsible, contact the Orillia OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or 705-326-3536.
