Four People Charged After a Break and Enter in Bracebridge


Bracebridge OPP along with the Muskoka Crime Unit are investigating a Break and Enter that occurred in Bracebridge on Saturday, November 5, 2016 just before midnight during which four people forced their way into an apartment and demanded cash.  Police responded quickly to the call for help and arrested all four involved people as they were leaving the apartment.

Police were able to determine that the intruders were known to the victims and have arrested and charged a 35 year-old female of Burks Falls and 18 year-old male of Mississauga each with Break and Enter and Robbery. Police have also arrested and charged a 34 year-old male of Toronto and a 33 year-old male of Mississauga each with Break and Enter, Robbery and Failing to Comply with Recognizance.  All four people accused have been held in custody pending further investigation.
