Snowmobiles And Trailer Stolen From Gravenhurst Storage Unit

On December 2, 2022 Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a break and enter that occurred around 1:00 a.m. at a secure storage compound located on Crawford Road in the Town of Gravenhurst. The Operations Manager reports that that the suspect(s) gained entrance by making a hole in the fence and then proceeded to cut the chains from the electric gate making it inoperable.

Suspects made their way into yard and stole two 2015 Red Ski-doo snowmobiles from a locked trailer. Also stolen was a 2021 Black NEO enclosed trailer that had a 2005 red Ski-doo snowmobile inside. Parties are believed to have loaded the stolen snowmobiles into the trailer and exit through the main gate.

Police are asking anyone who may have surveillance footage from Crawford Road/ Jones Road or Winhara Road to review their footage any time after 1:00 a.m. on December 2, 2022. Video surveillance at the location shows the suspect vehicle may be a light-colored pick-up truck with two occupants.
