Environment Canada Has Issued a Snow squall watch for

  • Town of Parry Sound – Rosseau – Killbear Park – Burk’s Falls

Local snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm will be possible before the squalls shift south overnight tonight.

Snow squalls cause weather conditions to vary considerably; changes from clear skies to heavy snow within just a few kilometres are common. Travel may be hazardous due to sudden changes in the weather. Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero. Remember to slow down, give yourself plenty of extra time and drive to the conditions.
