Rotary Club Of Bracebridge Muskoka Lakes Keeping Bracebridge Residents Hydrated

Deputy Mayor Rick Maloney joins Bruce Reville of the Bracebridge Muskoka Lakes Rotary Club to fill up at the new Sportsplex hydration station.

Yesterday the Town of Bracebridge unveiled a new outdoor hydration station at the Sportsplex. Thanks to the generous donation from Bracebridge Muskoka Lakes Rotary Club for $3,000, this new addition to the park will help to keep our community hydrated during the summer months and help reduce the use of harmful single-use water bottles. The new station is located next to the children’s playground.

The Bracebridge Muskoka Lakes Rotary Club is a valued community partner and is dedicated to doing their part to protect the environment. “It is time for us to use our collective resources to invest in a smart and efficient way of protecting our environment” said Bruce Reville, Rotarian. “Water refill stations are one way of reducing our plastic bottle usage.”
