On Thursday December 1, 2022 at 11:50 a.m. Almaguin Highlands OPP received a traffic complaint in the Village of Sundridge.
Officers patrolled the area and located the vehicle on Main Street and conducted a traffic stop. Further investigation revealed that the driver had been drinking.
Police arrested and charged Jason Cottrell 50 years-of-age of Strong Township with operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus)
The accused was released from police custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on Thursday January 12, 2023 in Sundridge Ontario.
