A local business contacted police to report a theft.
On June 5, 2023, members of the West Parry Sound OPP responded to a local business on Pine Drive reporting a theft of merchandise.
As a result of the investigation:
Colby Hurd, age 28 of Parry Sound was arrested and charged with:
- Theft under $5000
- Fail to comply with probation order
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on July 20, 2023.
