Orillia Soldiers’ Memorial Hospital (OSMH) has announced that corporate memberships are available for purchase priced at $25 for an annual membership or $200 for a lifetime membership.
Membership eligibility requirements are included on the registration form and on the hospital’s website. Completed registration forms can be taken to the cashier’s desk in the main lobby of the hospital from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Registration forms with payment can also be submitted by mail. Membership forms and payment must be received by 4 p.m. on April 25 to be eligible to vote at the 2019 Annual General Meeting on June 25.
