Welcome to the world Tyler Donald Scriver, the fist baby of the New Year born at OSMH.
Tyler is the first child to Brittany Scriver of Woodville. Tyler arrived at 5:19 am On January 1st and weighed in at 5 lbs, 3 ozs.
