We all know a woman who goes above and beyond to make our community better. Now is your chance to recognize her. YWCA Muskoka will host its 18th annual Women of Distinction Awards gala this October and nominations are only open for a few more weeks.
Nominations can be done easily online and there are eight categories to choose from:

Mentorship
Arts, Culture and Creativity
Health, Sports and Wellness
Community Development and Social Activism
Business Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Transformational
Lifetime Achievement
The nomination process is simple and can be done online at www.ywcamuskoka.com/women-of-distinction. Alternatively, you can pick up a nomination form at the YWCA Office: 440 Ecclestone Drive in Bracebridge or contact YWCA Muskoka at 705-645-9827/email office@ywcamuskoka.com. The awards will be presented on October 25 at YWCA Muskoka’s 18th annual Women of Distinction Gala – a fundraising event that ensures the YWCA can champion positive change for women and girls in Muskoka through leadership, education and advocacy.
