MacTier Resident Caught With Drugs At A RIDE Check In Bracebridge

Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged one person at a RIDE check on October 6, 2024.

On October 6, 2024 at 11:30 p.m., Bracebridge OPP officers along with members of the Central Region Traffic Incident Management Enforcement (TIME) team were conducting a RIDE (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) program on Taylor Road near Depot Drive in Bracebridge, ON when they began an investigation into the driving of a person coming through the checkpoint.

As a result of their investigation, police have charged 22-year-old Breeze Jantzi of Mactier, ON with Possession of a Schedule I Substance (cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime under $5000.

The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on November 12, 2024 to answer to her charges.
