On Sunday November 13, 2022 at 2:35 p.m. Bracebridge OPP officers were dispatched to attend the Shell Gas Station on Wellington Street in Bracebridge, ON when a member of the public pulled up to the gas station and noticed another motorist passed out at the wheel of their car.
Responding officers attended and subsequently arrested and charged 56 year-old Gavin Morrison of Bracebridge with Operation While Impaired-Over 80 and Operation While Prohibited.
The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on December 6, 2022 to answer to his charges.
