July of 2023 marks the 20th anniversary of bringing the world-renowned classic chamber music Festival of the Sound to you from the acoustically perfect Charles W. Stockey stage, on Georgian Bay, in Parry Sound, ON.
With the theme, “This is Our Sound” more prevalent than ever, organizers are thrilled to be launching ticket sales to the general public on April 10th.
From the annual Canada Day Cruise, to the Jazz weekend and Grand Finale symphony concert; from a 20th Anniversary celebration to the Annual Gala Dinner; from Parry Sound favourites Russell Braun and Carolyn Maule, to the return of popular Festival artists like the New Zealand, Lafayette, and Penderecki String Quartets
Like previous years, festival organizers are excited to be partnering with locals like the West Parry Sound District Museum, Parry Sound Public Library, Strings Across the Sky, Island Queen Cruise Boat, St. James Church, and the exclusive catering sponsor Trestle Brewing Company.
