Members of the Bancroft Detachment of the OPP have charged a driver with impaired driving following a traffic complaint.
On February 17th, 2023 shortly after 4:30 p.m., members of the Bancroft OPP responded to a report of a traffic complaint in the Township of Highlands East. The investigation resulted in an adult being arrested.
Jennifer Starr, a 43-year-old of Toronto, has been charged with the criminal offences of:
· Operation while impaired – alcohol; and
· Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration (80 plus).
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on March 14, 2023.
