On Thursday November 14, 2019 at 7: 35 p.m., Killaloe OPP responded to a single vehicle collision on Highway 60, North Algona Wilberforce Township.
The driver of a sport utility vehicle was arrested and charged with Over 80, after operating a vehicle while impaired. Charged is 23-year-old Hunter Malone of Bonnechere Valley Township. The accused will appear in court on Wednesday December 11, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Ontario Court of Justice, Killaloe. The vehicle was towed, and the licence suspended for 90 days. There were no reported injuries.
