A driver was charged with careless driving after a collision on Highway 60 in Algonquin Provincial Park on April 27, according to the OPP.
Killaloe OPP responded to a single vehicle collision involving a sport utility vehicle (SUV) that was towing a utility trailer on Highway 60 in Algonquin Provincial Park at 3:30 p.m. on April 27. As a result of the police investigation, 63-year-old Claude Loyer of Temiscaming, Quebec has been charged with Careless Driving, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. Loyer was issued a Provincial Offences Act notice. The vehicle was towed and there were no injuries.
