On Wednesday November 6, 2019 at around 9:00 a.m. Bracebridge OPP and Muskoka Paramedic Services responded to a two vehicle collision in front of Monck Public School located at 250 Wellington Street in Bracebridge. One vehicle struck a pole and both vehicles were heavily damaged. As a result of the collision, one person was taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
No word on a cause f the collision or if any charges will be laid.
Environment Canada had issued a weather travel advisory and police are dealing with several collisions.
Police remind drivers to slow down and drive to the conditions.
