Bracebridge Sportsplex Is Getting A Wellness Centre

Today, the Town of Bracebridge announced that Kubota North is generously sponsoring the new Sportsplex wellness centre by contributing $100,000 over 15 years. This new space will be located in the current auditorium with design and construction taking place this fall. Half of the existing auditorium will become a multi-purpose community room while the other half becomes the wellness centre. The Kubota North Wellness Centre is expected to open in December.

This new facility space will be available to patrons 10 years of age and older and provide the opportunity to utilize free weights, cardio equipment, a functional training area, and personal training to assist in achieving their health and wellness goals. Patrons will have access to the wellness centre during facility operating hours, complementing the comprehensive offering of programs and amenities offered at the Sportsplex and providing added value to pass and membership holders.
