Beer Can Out Window Results In Impaired Charge On Muskoka Beach Road

Bracebridge OPP has charged one driver with an impaired driving offense on September 26, 2024.

On September 26, 2024 at 1:15 a.m., Bracebridge OPP officers responded to concerns from a member of the public about the condition of the occupants of a vehicle after they threw a beer can out of their window while driving on Muskoka Beach Road in Gravenhurst. Officers located the vehicle at a quick service restaurant near Bethune Drive and subsequently arrested and charged 33-year-old Fraser Mecklffe of Mississauga with Operation While Impaired-Over 80. The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on October 5, 2024 to answer to his charges.
